We are in the final stages of a project for Staff Tracker 2 for PC repair company based in London which was designed to improve the company's efficiency in dealing with customers' queries. The system also helps our client to monitor the progress of their field workers online and come up with optimal routes for each of the technicians.
The system also generates financial analysis of the data exported to native Microsoft Excel files, ready-to-print.
The system was developed using J2EE and related technologies, and uses a PortgreSQL database.
